Royalties are calculated twice per year for the periods January-June and July-December. Your earnings are based on sales made during each respective period. A payment is made only if it exceeds the minimum payment value. If your earnings fall below the threshold, they will be carried forward to the next payment period. 

For royalties earned between January-June, we aim to process payments and have them sent to you by November 30th. 

For royalties earned between July-December, we aim to process payments and have them sent to you by May 31st. 

Please note that payments are now made exclusively through electronic bank transfer. We no longer issue cheques.
