Why didn’t I receive a statement in April/October?

Statements are typically issued to all authors on a six-month basis, regardless of whether a payment is due or not. However, there are a few reasons why you may not have received a statement. Please consider the following possibilities:

  • All of your titles are currently out of print.
  • You have recently changed your email address without notifying the Royalties Department.
  • A previously issued royalty statement or payment has been returned to us, resulting in the temporary hold of your royalty account for security reasons.

To access your royalty statements, you can conveniently view, download, and save copies via Author Hub. Simply log in and click on the Royalties tab at the top of the page. The statements are available in PDF format.
