Defective Books.

Cambridge University Press authors sometimes encounter defective books, misprints, or production-quality concerns; Authors with issues such as damaged or defective copies should contact Cambridge customer service team through our Contact us form choosing the option 'Help with an existing order'

Please make sure you share all relevant information as well as evidence of defectiveness in the book such as:

  • ISBN of the book.
  • Pictures that show the defect. 
  • If possible, photo of the legal page (Is the one where you can see where the book was printed usually is in the first pages of each book).
